拓展種養(yǎng)殖基地+靈活就業(yè)。在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)桑葉采摘、葡萄管收等農(nóng)忙時節(jié)，利用萇睿公司線上人力資源產(chǎn)業(yè)園系統(tǒng)，主動向周邊村社發(fā)布勞務(wù)用工信息，2023年已通過季節(jié)性、臨時性靈活用工解決了農(nóng)村勞動力就業(yè)658人，人均增收3100元。
